These Terms govern your use of Bid001, a pay-to-rank product leaderboard operated at www.bid001.com. By submitting a listing or placing a bid you agree to them.
The service
Bid001 lets users submit products and place one-time monetary bids that determine public ranking order. Ranking is promotional placement, not an endorsement, auction, investment or ownership interest of any kind.
Bids and payment
Bids are fixed one-time payments in whole US dollars, subject to the published minimums, increments and leader-gap rules. You authorise Creem to charge the displayed amount when you confirm checkout. Raising an existing listing charges only the difference.
Ranking
Listings are ordered by total bid with earlier-confirmed payments winning ties. Rank changes when other users bid higher. Bid001 does not guarantee a position, duration or volume of traffic, except the mechanical application of the published ordering rules.
Your content
You confirm you own or are authorised to promote each product you submit, and that its name, description and links are lawful and accurate. You grant Bid001 a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the submitted information for the purpose of the service.
Prohibited listings
You may not list illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malware, spam or adult-only products, or attempt to manipulate the board with fraudulent payments. We may remove such listings and withhold ranking without refund in clear cases of abuse.
Refunds
Because ranking is delivered immediately on payment confirmation, bids are generally non-refundable. The limited exceptions are set out in the Refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bid001 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the relevant transaction.
