This policy explains what Bid001 collects to run the leaderboard and payments. We keep data collection minimal.
Information we collect
Listing data you submit (product name, description, URL or X handle, category), a device cookie that links listings to your browser, bids and payment records, and basic technical/request metadata.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled by our payment processor Creem. Bid001 does not store full card numbers; we retain transaction references and amounts for reconciliation.
Cookies
A single first-party cookie remembers the listings claimed from your browser. It is not used for cross-site advertising.
How we use information
To publish the leaderboard, process and verify bids, count outbound clicks, prevent fraud, and operate and secure the service.
Sharing
Listing content and public bids are shown to all visitors by design. Operational data is shared only with processors (Cloudflare, Creem) needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Retention and rights
Public listings remain while ranked or until removed. You may request access, correction or deletion of your non-public data via support@bid001.com.
